Un Bon Anniversaire a Moi

I know, I replied.
All my attempts at writing for the past few months have been thwarted by a bigger desire to forget. I write mostly to keep a record of my life because when our memories begin to elude us, little keepsakes become artifacts and written accounts resurrect the forgotten.
My writings become my key to the pass; remember The Notebook?

@juniper_breeeze - The key is actually pretty light. It doesn't feel heavy at all. There are smaller ones that are the size of bracelet charms. I think they'll be perfect as a pendant too. =D

"key to the heart" would be a very romantic notion.
When he gave it to me he said it was the key to his stomach and I literally fell on the floor. But, my bf is a big foodie so I guess that made sense. LOL
Are keys the new bling? Diamonds on the keys. Interesting concept. Should I be buying up Tiffany's stock? A thing for keys... did you get locked out as a kid?
